Our system was architected to enable SaaS platforms to migrate from Managed PFAC to a fully registered PFAC at any time. We have multiple PFACs on the platform today – when you elect to register and take compliance and risk in-house, you leverage Forward as a technology platform and we become a SaaS vendor to your payments business.
The ideal customer for Maximize benefits from our sales and marketing expertise to accelerate the speed at which their software customers adopt payments. Payments doesn’t sell itself, its confusing to customers and our team will communicate on your behalf. The simple math of payments is that it all comes down to adoption, not spread, not price (which can and will be optimized over time). If 90%+ of your customers are already using your payments offering, we recommend Rails.
Protect customers receive all of the technology, human expertise, and services included in Maximize, but want to limit their exposure to payments losses. Losses can take place in cases of fraud or when a customer goes out of business, and they receive a chargeback for goods or services that have not yet been provided. With this program, Forward takes on your loss liability.
